Returns can be done within one weeks from the date of receipt. After one week there will be no full refund or exchange. In case of refund, we only accept returns if it has something wrong with the dress, like a manufacture damage.
We can only design the dresses following our customer's size that they email to us, because the dresses always designed by the customer own body size, so if customer send a wrong size to us and bring on the dress doesn't fit, there will be no exchange or refund.
1. How to Make a Return
To make a return, you need to send the gown to the following address:

along with the order number, explaining that you are returning the gown for a refund. Once the gown is received by us, we'll refund the money to you from paypal. The returned package has to be prepaid and with a order number, also please make sure the dress unwear, otherwise it will be refused.
2. Immediate Exchanges
If we manufacture the dress didn't following your body size and make the dress don't fit you, and you want to exchange it, also please send a email to us first to tell us about the questoin. Then we'll reply you in 12 hours, include our detail address info. And once we receive the gown that you are sending back, we'll design the fit size dress for your again, this will take about 2 weeks, after we complete it, we'll send it again to you.
In case you receive merchandise and need to exchange it, you can place another order online or call 408-636-8266. Your credit card will be charged again with the new order, and once we receive the gown that you are sending back, you will receive a full refund. Please include both the invoice numbers so you will not be charged restocking fee and the date you need the dress by. We will not charge you freight fees when shipping the merchandise back.
3. Cancel Order
Cancel order must be done in 12 hours, we can give you a full refund, becuase the dresses will be produce for you in 24 hours after you order, so after 12 hours, the order can't be cancelled.
